As of December 2025 the Mid America League has announced these markets for the 2026 season. Those teams are:

- Bryan Yard Dogs (new for 2026)
- Fort Scott Dragoons (new for 2026)
- Meridian Blues (new for 2026)
- Nacogdoches Niners
- White Oak (Piney Woods) TimberHogs
